Terms and Conditions

1.       Your Warranty – Any works completed by Citrus Clean Steam Pest and its staff members is fully guaranteed against defects.   Any defects in bond cleaning must be communicated to the Manager Lisa McDade within 7 Days of the clean being completed for resolution within 48hrs.

2.    When we enter a premises to perform a bond clean we take Before and After photos at all sites.  We then compare the original quote against the actual circumstances.  Any areas not counted or in a significantly poorer state than declared will NOT be cleaned.  We will mark these areas off.

3.     Warranty does not include any new events whick may cause soiling, such as entry by other trades persons, settling dust, lawn and garden work, pest spraying leading to insect expiration or new insect/gekko activity. Please note that empty homes are a magnet for pests.

4.     Terms – All bond cleans must be paid for in full prior to the day of the clean.  If you are planning to pay by direct deposit cleared funds must be in the bank account by the day before clean with the address as reference.

5.     Cash payments –  Will be issued a cash receipt with a tax invoice to follow.

6.     Credit Card payments – An invoice will be raised and emailed to you.  Click the PAY NOW Button to pay direct with STRIPE. 1.75%        A STRIPE fee will apply.  You can also pay via the Payment Portal on our Site.

8.     Tax Invoices are issued for the quoted amount 5-7 working days before the clean.

9.     Regular Cleaning  – Each clean must be paid within 7 days.  Failure to pay on time will result in your service being suspended.

10.     All non-payers will be sent to Debt recovery and QCAT proceedings will commence

11.     All regular cleans must provide ID plus credit card details for prompt payment.  Your card will be debited after each clean.

12.     Credit Application – All clients on account must complete a CREDIT APPLICATION and this should be returned to the office by mail or email before any cleaning work can commence.

13.   Telephone Quotes  – Site unseen quotes should only be taken as a general indication of price.  CITRUS reserve the right to increase the quoted amount, in negotiation with the client,  should the property present in a severely soiled state or have additional rooms/areas to clean.

14.   We reserve the right to cancel without notice any clean where the premises present an unfit/unsafe working environment for staff.  Domestic Bliss complies with all WHS policies and guidelines for the cleaning industry.

15.   BOND CLEAN CANCELLATION POLICY – 25% of the service price may be charged for any cleans not cancelled within 24hrs of the clean book date.  Should a bond crew arrive at premises and the job is not required a cancellation fee equal to the 2hr per person wage penalty will be applied, as per the Cleaning Services Award 2010.

16.   HOME CLEAN CANCELLATION POLICY – We reserve the right to charge in full for all cleans under 3 hrs if not cancelled within 24hrs of the normal scheduled date.
